Withdrawal Instructions

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me —

— by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Digital Content

The download is made available to you immediately after payment. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this: you keep the full fourteen-day withdrawal period even though you receive access right away.
